Over 14+ years in software, I’ve progressed from building flight management systems to launching consumer products and leading distributed engineering organizations. For 4+ years, I’ve worked as a manager of managers, with a focus on setting direction and delivering through other engineering leaders.

At SoFi, I lead a distributed organization across the US, Mexico, and South America, responsible for the enterprise applications behind customer service, fraud, disputes, back-office operations, and finance. I co-own technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps with Product and Business, including capacity planning, budgets, and hiring priorities.

At Amazon, I led a 30-person engineering organization across the US and India as a manager of managers, with responsibility for Alexa Routines. We grew the product from 10 million to 40 million daily active users in two years. Earlier, I served as technical lead for the launch of two-hour delivery in the US and India.

My leadership work also extends beyond delivery. At SoFi, I introduced company-wide technical mentorship and employee rotation programs. At Amazon, I served as a Bar Raiser, conducting more than 250 interviews and coaching interviewers. These responsibilities connect organization building with the quality of the people we hire and develop.

I stay close to the technology through independent projects, including a published AI browser extension and a fully automated storytelling podcast. Building these products gives me a practical way to evaluate emerging tools from development through operation.
